Lumexa Que · Queue & Patient Flow
From the front door to the right doctor.
LumexaQue turns your reception into self-service. Patients can choose a language, browse doctors by department, register with a tap of their Emirates ID, and have a visit created with a live insurance eligibility check — before they ever reach a counter.
The queue at a UAE outpatient reception is rarely a capacity problem — it is a data-entry problem. One patient at the counter means demographics typed by hand, an insurance card read out loud, a card swiped, an eligibility portal opened in another window. Everyone behind them waits for that.

A connected path through Lumexa Que
LumexaQue moves the whole sequence to a touch kiosk in the lobby. The patient starts by choosing why they are there — Normal, Pregnancy, Report Review, People of Determination, Senior Citizen or Medical Camp — which sets their priority and routing from the first tap. The interface is fully bilingual, so an Arabic-speaking patient never has to work through an English form.
Bilingual kiosk
English and multilingual interface, switched by the patient at the welcome screen.
Category-based intake
Six patient categories that set priority and routing from the first tap.
Doctor list by department
Colour-coded department tiles with specialty and a live available-doctor count.
Roster sync
Departments and doctors read from the facility master, so the kiosk always mirrors today's roster.
